Paypal is a fast, easy and secure way to pay online.  It allows you to pay in the way that suits you, such as with credit card or bank accounts without sharing your financial information with the retailer.  If you don't already have a Paypal account go to www.paypal.com.au.

 

 

 

 

All purchases will be posted within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Your order will be delivered by Australia Post using the Regular Parcel service.  Parcels will incur a $7.95 flat rate, unless the item exceeds 3kgs.

 

Any orders over $150 will be shipped for FREE.

 

International delivery is available, rates will depend on destination.  Please contact us via email to discuss.

 

 

 

 

My Little Ratbags will only refund if your purchase is faulty or damaged.  We will not refund if you've simply changed your mind.  We will accept return postage if the goods are damaged or faulty.

 

We will happily exchange an item if returned within 14 days of receipt.  Items must be in original condition, all tags attached and unworn.  With all exchange returns the customer will incur the return postage.

 

If you are returning a purchase for an exchange, please contact us prior to returning the item explaining the reason you will be returning it.

Every $10 spent online you earn 1 point.

1 point = $1

 

So the more you spend the more points you earn, therefore the bigger discount you get off your next purchase.

Eg. You spend $50, you've earnt 5 points giving you a $5 discount on your next purchase.

 

When you log in as a customer you will notice the amount of points you have accrued at the top of the screen.  Once you have gone through to the Checkout Screen there will be a button to "Redeem Points".  Enter the amount of points you would like to use.  You don't have to use them all at once, you can keep adding them up to get a bigger discount.  You choose how you'd like to use them.

If there isn't a "Redeem Points" button at the Checkout it means you don't have any points to Redeem.
